Websites for Youth and Adult Sports Leagues and Clubs in Wyoming

Registration opens, and suddenly every parent in town is texting the league president. We build websites for Wyoming youth leagues, adult rec leagues, and sports clubs that answer the usual questions up front: when signups open, what it costs, where games are, and whether tonight's game is still on.

Call 307-240-8720 or request a free website review. We'll look at how families and players find you now and show you where a better site would save your board time.

Who this is for

  • Youth leagues: baseball, softball, soccer, football, basketball, volleyball, and wrestling
  • Clubs: swim, ski and snowboard, hockey, climbing, running, and rodeo clubs
  • Adult leagues: co-ed softball, volleyball, basketball, pickleball, bowling, and golf leagues
  • Tournaments and camps that need a clear page for teams traveling in
  • Booster groups that support school and community teams

Most leagues are run by volunteer boards and coaches with day jobs. The website should make their season easier, not add more work.

What leagues and clubs need from a website

  • Registration front and center, with dates, age divisions, fees, and deadlines (we link to the registration tool you use or set up a simple form)
  • Online payments through a secure checkout that works on phones
  • Schedules and field locations with maps, plus a quick way to post rainouts, wind delays, and field closures
  • Coach and volunteer sign-ups, including background-check steps if your league requires them
  • Sponsor recognition for local businesses, with logos and links you can update every season
  • Rules, forms, and policies: code of conduct, concussion info, refund policy, and equipment lists
  • Contact info for the right board member, not just a generic inbox
  • Privacy for kids: If your site collects personal information directly from children under 13, the FTC's COPPA rule requires verifiable parental consent first (FTC COPPA FAQ). We design registration so parents provide the information, and we keep player photos and names to what your league has approved.

What we build

  • A home page with what's happening right now: registration open, schedule posted, or games canceled
  • A registration page that explains divisions, fees, deadlines, and scholarships or fee help, then sends families to sign up
  • Schedule and field pages with maps and a weather/cancellation banner your board can switch on from a phone
  • Volunteer and coach sign-up forms sent to the right person
  • A sponsors page and home page logo strip, built to sell and recognize sponsorships
  • Pages for rules, forms, and FAQs so the same questions stop landing in your inbox
  • Photo galleries with a simple, league-approved photo policy
  • A Google Business Profile and basic local search setup so "[town] youth soccer" or "[town] softball league" finds you

Easy to update after handoff

League boards change every year or two, so the site has to work for whoever comes next.

  • Phone-friendly editing: post a rainout from the parking lot in under a minute
  • Season templates: roll last year's registration and schedule pages forward and change the dates
  • Roles: the registrar, scheduler, and sponsor coordinator each get their own login
  • League ownership: the domain, hosting, and payment accounts stay in the league's name
  • A one-page handoff sheet for the next board, with logins, renewal dates, and how-to steps
  • Optional help: we can handle preseason updates or stay on call during the season

Process

How we work

1

Kickoff

We meet with your board to map your season: registration window, divisions, fields, and the questions parents and players ask most.

2

Plan

We decide which tools stay (like your registration or payment platform), what the website handles, and who updates what.

3

Build

We write clear pages, set up schedules, forms, sponsor sections, and the cancellation banner, and make it all work well on phones.

4

Launch

We go live before registration opens, test signup and payment links on phones, and set up your Google listing.

5

Season support

We train your board, deliver the handoff sheet, and check in after opening day.

Proof

Proof from our public portfolio

We haven't published a sports league or club site yet. Our public results come from local Wyoming business websites built the same way: fast on phones, clear next steps, and easy to find on Google.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

We already use a registration app. Do we still need a website?

Registration apps handle signups and payments well, but they usually aren't where people land when they search your league on Google. Your website explains the season, answers common questions, recognizes sponsors, and sends families to your registration app at the right time. We work with the tools you already use.

Can we post rainouts and field closures quickly?

Yes. We add a cancellation banner a board member can turn on from a phone in under a minute. It appears at the top of every page until you turn it off.

How do you handle kids' information and photos?

We set registration up so parents provide the information. If a site collects personal information directly from children under 13, the FTC's COPPA rule requires verifiable parental consent first. We also follow your league's photo policy, such as first names only or no photos without permission.

Can the website help us sell sponsorships?

Yes. A sponsors page and a home page logo strip give local businesses real visibility, and a short "Become a sponsor" form makes it easy to ask. You can update sponsors every season.

What happens when our board changes?

The site stays in the league's name. We leave a one-page handoff sheet with logins, renewal dates, and how-to steps, and you can call us to walk new board members through it.

Do you work with adult leagues too?

Yes. Adult rec leagues need many of the same things: team signups, schedules, standings or results, rules, and rainout updates. We keep it simple for captains and players.

How do we get started?

Call 307-240-8720, email matt@wildfiredigitalmarketing.com, or request a free website review. Tell us your league or club, your season dates, and when registration opens. Starting a couple of months before registration gives us the most room.

Ready for an easier season?

If parents can't find signup dates, your board answers the same questions all season, or your website still shows last year's schedule, let's talk. We'll review what you have and suggest a plan built around your season. We don't list pricing on this page. We scope each project after a conversation.
